STERLING TANNER
Board Member, Forever Young Foundation President
Sterling Tanner is the President and Executive Director of the Forever Young Foundation, a foundation for children founded by Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Steve Young. Prior to joining Forever Young, Sterling served as the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Anasazi Foundation. He also spent several years in the for-profit sector working as a project and regional manager for an electronic banking firm.
Sterling serves as a board member or board chair of several non-profit and for-profit entities including Anasazi Foundation, Christmas Box House, nuvoH2O, and One Life at a Time, and as an advisor to the Huntsman Gay Global Capital Foundation and American Indian Services. He is also a member of the Arizona Management Society and a Paul Harris Fellow in Rotary International.
Sterling graduated from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University in 1990 with a degree in Finance. He speaks Swedish. Sterling resides in Gilbert, Arizona with his wife–they are the parents of three children.
