In Ethiopia, ENA has taken determined action to address the pervasive issue of cataract blindness. Over the past five years, we have spearheaded efforts to eradicate this condition. Led by Dr. Jamal, along with a dedicated team of nurses, and overseen by Tata Gebrehold, ENA’s project manager, we conducted our second cataract campaign this year in May. We remain steadfast in our commitment to continue with these vital campaigns and have another scheduled for October 2024.
