When we found out about an elderly woman who was living in a makeshift hut in Namibia we knew we had to help. Her physical limitations and health were deteriorating in the dilapidated, exposed structure. The hut did not have proper walls. Instead, she struggled to keep the elements out with scraps of sheet metal and plastic. We know that this new home will keep her safe, warm and protected for years to come. We also expect her health to improve because of the more sanitary living conditions. Let us be the first to say, welcome home!! ]]>
