this amazing humanitarian service night This was an event dedicated to raising awareness and funds for ENA. Part of their event included collecting clothing for newborns and children living in amputee refugee camps in Sierra Leone. We just received photos of some of the clothing being distributed! This distribution benefitted 90 children living in 4 different refugee camps! The children living in these camps have very little clothing and at times go without clothing at all. As you can see, these kids were so excited to have new clothes and could not stop smiling! These clothes will help protect them from exposure to the elements and help improve their overall hygiene. More importantly, they will shield against insect bites that could be carrying life threatening diseases and will reduce the risk of infection in open wounds. Thank you so much for taking the time to organize your event and  generously donating these clothes. We still have more to distribute and look forward to keeping you updated on future distributions. You have made a huge impact on the lives of these sweet kids and their families. Please enjoy the faces of the happy kids as they receive their clothing….we sure did! picture4Children anxiously wait in line to choose a new bag of clothing. picture1picture6picture8Grateful mothers look on and were just as happy as their children to receive clothing.picture7picture9Children from different amputee camps proudly display their new clothes!picture11picture3Thank you again for being the cause of these smiles!
